Find plan and reward information
Use the account controls for the current plan and billing information. Plan names, prices, included allowance, and purchase options can change.
Review your plan
Section titled “Review your plan”- Open Settings → Account.
- Check the signed-in profile and plan.
- Review subscription status and renewal or access-end information.
- Use the provided Upgrade or account link to inspect available options in the account hub.
Confirm the displayed terms before a purchase or subscription change. Available plans and features depend on your account.
Additional allowance
Section titled “Additional allowance”Top-up packs may appear when available for your account. Read their current description and checkout terms. If a top-up section is absent or checkout cannot start, record the message and check the account service instead of assuming an unavailable pack exists.
Rewards and referrals
Section titled “Rewards and referrals”Open Settings → Rewards for available reward or referral information. Read eligibility, completion requirements, and status before counting on a reward. This guide does not promise fixed bonuses or a reward for every account.
If plan information appears stale, use a displayed refresh or balance-sync control where available. Note whether the account hub and ChatterMate show different states when reporting the issue.
